Our client, a sophisticated finance-focused firm with offices across the country, is seeking an attorney with project/public infrastructure finance to join its Chicago office as an Associate, Counsel, or Senior Counsel (depending on experience). Responsibilities:
· Assist with infrastructure and energy-related financial transactions
· Draft commercial and financing documents
· Work directly with public and private sector clients

Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of project/public infrastructure experience from a law firm, bank, developer, or energy contractor
· Experience with infrastructure and/or energy finance transactions
· Experience with drafting commercial and financing documents
· Strong academic credentials, writing, and analytical skills
