About the Position:
Our client, a large and sophisticated global law firm, is actively seeking a real estate attorney to join as an associate in its Chicago office. This firm’s real estate practice is one of its core global practices and boasts over 200 lawyers across four continents. Attorneys in the practice represent clients across the world’s largest financial centers and manage some of the industry’s most complex deals involving real estate finance, joint ventures, private equity real estate funds, litigation, development and construction, and REITs.

Responsibilities:
· Assist clients with real estate acquisition/disposition, development, and financing transactions
· Represent institutional equity investors and private equity real estate funds in all phases of the investment cycle and in sophisticated lending transactions

Required Qualifications:
· 2-5 years of commercial real estate experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings
· Excellent academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $235,000 – $365,000.
