About the Position:
Our client, a global, Midwest-based law firm, is actively seeking a real estate lawyer to join its premier practice as an associate in its Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco office. This firm’s real estate team has extensive experience handling transactions across all areas of the practice, from transforming historic city centers into vibrant mixed-use hubs to securing the specialized infrastructure for data centers and green energy grid integration.

Responsibilities:
· Advise clients on real estate acquisitions and dispositions, finance, commercial leasing, joint ventures, and development transactions
· Draft and negotiate real estate and financing documents, including loan agreements, purchase and sale agreements, development-related agreements, property management agreements, licenses, leases, easements, and CC&Rs

Required Qualifications:
· 2-8 years of real estate transactional and finance experience
· Experience in real estate development and joint venture work preferred
· Strong academic credentials

Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $240,000 – $420,000.
