About the Position:
Our client, a global Am Law firm, is actively seeking a real estate attorney to join its practice as an associate in Chicago. This firm’s real estate practice handles the full spectrum of commercial real estate matters. The group is recognized for its expertise in property acquisitions, development agreements and real estate financing matters and its clients include REITs, developers and private equity firms.

Responsibilities:
· Advise clients on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, development and financing of commercial real estate assets
· Represent developers and investors in the acquisition, development and disposition of various project types
· Handle purchases and sales of land and properties, including title and survey issues

Qualifications:
· 2+ years of real estate transactional experience
· Large law firm experience preferred, but not required
· Strong academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $235,000 – $390,000.
