About the Position:
Our client, one of the largest law firms in the world, has a new and active need for a real estate attorney to join its Chicago office as an associate. Attorneys in this practice provide a full range of services on local, national, and international transactions and projects. Responsibilities:
· Advise domestic and international property owners, investors, lenders, borrowers, and developers in the acquisition, disposition, financing, development and redevelopment of commercial and industrial properties
· Perform due diligence review
· Draft and revise purchase and sale, lease, sublease, loan, deed in lieu of foreclosure and other transaction documents

Required Qualifications:
· 3-6 years of real estate experience, including purchase, sale, financing of real estate assets, leasing, development, and joint ventures
· Strong academic credentials
· Previous experience in a large law firm environment

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $240,000 – $365,000.
