Our client, a prominent international law firm based in the Midwest, has an active need for a real estate lawyer with strong RE finance experience to join its Chicago office as a mid- to senior-level associate. Responsibilities:
· Represent clients in substantive commercial real estate equity transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions, and dispositions
· Advise lenders and borrowers on a broad range of real estate financing transactions

Required Qualifications:
· 3-6 years of real estate transactions experience, including joint ventures, fund formations, infrastructure/privatizations, secured financings and/or acquisitions/dispositions
· Excellent drafting and negotiating skills
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $260,000 – $495,000.
