About the Position:
Our client, a leading law firm with a robust Real Estate practice, is seeking a midlevel associate to join its collaborative team in Los Angeles. The associate will represent developers, investors, lenders, landlords, tenants, and other market participants in a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. This position offers significant client contact, hands-on responsibility, and opportunities to work on complex and high-profile matters across multiple asset classes.

Responsibilities:
· Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and other real estate transaction documents
· Conduct and manage due diligence, including title and survey analysis
· Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, development projects, and leasing matters
· Coordinate transaction closings and post-closing matters
· Collaborate with attorneys across corporate, finance, land use, and hospitality practices
· Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, brokers, and consultants
· Manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail

Required Qualifications:
· 3+ years of relevant commercial real estate experience at a law firm
· Experience handling sophisticated real estate transactions from inception through closing

Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 – $330,000.
