Our client, an international law firm, is seeking a real estate associate to join its premier practice group. The attorneys in this practice assist clients with a wide variety of sophisticated transactional legal matters, providing comprehensive legal support to their real estate clients. Responsibilities:
· Represent investors, owners, developers, operators, lenders and institutions across all real estate asset classes
· Draft and manage documents related to the purchase and sale, lease, development and finance of real estate
· Partner with the M&A, private equity, fund formation, debt finance and other practice teams

Required Qualifications:
· 3+ years of experience with a variety of real estate matters, including handling financing transactions and drafting reports, and a strong technical skillset
· A professional demeanor with excellent communication and time management skills
· Strong academic background
· Admitted to practice in Illinois

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 – $390,000.
