About the Position:
Our client, a sophisticated national law firm, is actively seeking a real estate lawyer to join its thriving practice group as an associate in Chicago. This premier practice group represents clients on local, regional, and national levels in an array of real estate matters, including leasing, construction, land use, litigation, and financing.

Responsibilities:
· Represent developers, lenders, REITs, managers, purchasers, sellers, owners, investors, and regulatory authorities in commercial real estate transactions
· Draft and negotiate leases, contracts, and loan documents
· Review title and survey documents
· Stay abreast of changing real estate laws, regulations, and trends

Required Qualifications:
· 4-6 years of commercial real estate experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, and title and survey matters
· Background including implementation of AI software is strongly preferred
· Experience with hotels, land use, and zoning is a plus
· Excellent academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $212,500 – $235,000.
