Our client, a highly-regarded midsize Chicago law firm, is actively seeking a real estate lawyer with 4-7 years of experience to join as an associate in its established and sophisticated real estate practice group. Responsibilities:
· Represent clients on the acquisition, development, financing, and leasing of various types of commercial real estate properties

Required Qualifications:
· 4-7 years of commercial real estate transactions experience, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, and leasing
· Real estate experience related to development and construction, asset management, and joint venture work are a plus
· Excellent academic credentials
· Large law firm experience preferred

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $240,000+.
