About the Position:
Our client, a global, Midwest-based law firm, is actively seeking a real estate lawyer to join its premier practice as a senior-level associate in Chicago. This firm’s real estate team has extensive experience handling transactions across all areas of the practice, from transforming historic city centers into vibrant mixed-use hubs to securing the specialized infrastructure for data centers and green energy grid integration.

Responsibilities:
· Advise clients on real estate acquisitions and dispositions, finance, commercial leasing, joint ventures, and development transactions
· Draft and negotiate real estate and financing documents, including loan agreements, purchase and sale agreements, development-related agreements, property management agreements, licenses, leases, easements, and CC&Rs

Required Qualifications:
· 5-8 years of real estate transactional and finance experience
· Experience in real estate development and joint venture work preferred
· Strong academic credentials

Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $310,000 – $420,000.
