About the Position:
We are working with an established Chicago law firm with a truly high-end and sophisticated practice that has an immediate need for a real estate lawyer to join as an associate. This collegial firm has a diverse middle-market client base and this established practice group has deep experience representing developers, investors, landlords, REITS, and syndicators in a wide range of real estate matters.

Responsibilities:
· Represent a range of real estate clients including developers, investors, lenders, REITs, syndicators, landlords and tenants, and brokers
· Work on a range of real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and real estate finance matters

Required Qualifications:
· 4 or more years of real estate experience from a mid-size or large law firm
. Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and real estate finance
. First-chair experience in real estate transactions is preferred
· Desire for a client-facing and dynamic middle-market practice
