Responsibilities:
· Represent property developers, lenders, investment managers, private equity funds, REITs, and private owners in a range of real estate matters
· Work on a full range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, and development

Required Qualifications:
· 2 or more years of commercial real estate transactions experience including joint ventures, development, acquisitions and dispositions, and real estate finance
· Large law firm experience is preferred
· Top academic credentials
