Our client, a sophisticated global law firm, is actively seeking a real estate attorney (4+ yrs) to join its highly-regarded practice as an associate in its Chicago office. This prestigious practice group has an international reach and regularly represents lenders, buyers, sellers, borrowers, developers, investors, and owners with all types of real estate matters.

Responsibilities:
· Represent lenders, buyers, sellers, borrowers, developers, investors, owners, and managers
· Work on acquisitions, development, real estate finance, and leasing (retail, office, industrial) matters
Required Qualifications:
· 4 or more years of general real estate and lending experience, including real estate finance (borrower-side), industrial, office, and retail leasing, and development and acquisitions
· Large law firm experience preferred
· Strong academic credentials
Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $310,000 – $390,000.
