About the Position:
We are working with one of the largest global law firms that has an immediate need for a real estate attorney to join as a mid-level associate in its Chicago office. Attorneys in this practice represent clients across the world’s largest financial centers in real estate finance, joint ventures, private equity real estate funds, litigation, development and construction, and REITs.

Responsibilities:
· Represent a diverse client base, including institutional equity investors, private equity funds, developers, governments, insurance companies, and multinational corporations
· Assist with a range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions

Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of commercial real estate experience
· Must have experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and financings
· Joint venture experience is a plus
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $365,000.
