About the Position:
Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a real estate attorney to join its practice as an associate or counsel in Chicago (title will depend on experience level). This market-leading practice advises clients in the U.S. and abroad on complex transactions in virtually every area of the real estate industry and has been recognized by numerous publications including Chambers, Law360 and The Legal 500. Responsibilities:
· Advise public and private companies in real estate leasing, financings, sale and acquisition transactions, including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, and divestitures
· Represent investors with respect to real property acquisitions and dispositions and partnership and joint venture investments
· Advise clients in the United States and abroad on a spectrum of real estate classes, including retail, lodging, office, industrial, data centers, and hospitality projects

Required Qualifications:
· 4+ years of real estate transactions experience, including financings, joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, fund formation, and leasing matters
· Excellent academic credentials

Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $310,000 – $455,000.
