Our client, a boutique law firm in Chicago, is actively seeking a real estate transactions lawyer (ideally 4-6 yrs of experience) to join its sophisticated practice as an associate. This practice handles commercial real estate transactions involving a variety of asset classes, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing (lender and borrower-side), joint ventures, and leasing. Compensation:
The anticipated base compensation for this position is $190,000 – $210,000, based on experience
