About the Position:
We are working with an Am Law 100 firm that has an immediate need for a real estate finance associate (3+ yrs) to join its Chicago office. This premier practice represents banks, mortgage REITs, and debt funds in real estate financing transactions on a national level.

Responsibilities:
· Assist with all phases of transactions on behalf of lenders from inception through closing and post-closing
Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of real estate finance experience
· Loan origination experience for large structured commercial real estate finance transactions, including mezzanine loans and preferred equity transactions

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $230,000+.
