Responsibilities:
· Assist with all phases of real estate investments and transactions on behalf of lenders, from inception through closing and post-closing
Required Qualifications:
· 2 to 5 years of commercial real estate law experience, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing and development
· Experience from a large or mid-sized law firm
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $235,000 – $365,000.
