About the Position:
We are working with an established and dynamic midsize Chicago law firm with a nationally recognized real estate practice that has an immediate need for a real estate leasing attorney (8+ yrs) to join as a partner in the firm’s Chambers-ranked practice. Responsibilities:
· First chair lease negotiations for clients across the country, specifically office and retail leases
· Work with a broad client base including, REITs, owners, and managers

Required Qualifications:
· 8 or more years of commercial leasing experience, including both landlord and tenant side work (landlord side preferred)
· Significant development and lease negotiation experience, particularly with office and retail leases
· Experience working with all types of owners, managers, and users, including REITs and other institutional owners, in the office, industrial, and retail sectors
