We are working with a prominent international law firm based in the Midwest that has an immediate need for a real estate lawyer with lending experience to join its Chicago office as a mid to senior level associate. Responsibilities:
· Represent financial lending institutions in a variety of real estate transactions
· Assist in negotiating, documenting, and closing complex lending transactions for a wide range of assets, including multiuse projects, shopping centers, hotels, and other commercial properties

Required Qualifications:
· 3-8 years of experience with sophisticated real estate lending transactions
· Experience or familiarity with balance sheet bank lending work preferred
· Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $260,000 – $550,000.
