About the Position:
Our client, a dynamic Chicago real estate boutique law firm, has an active need for a real estate attorney with significant retail leasing experience to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to join a highly regarded Chicago law firm and manage a range of national commercial real estate and leasing matters in a client-facing capacity. This practice assists developers and owners in connection with retail projects from million square foot lifestyle shopping centers to retail sleeves in multi-family buildings across the country.

Responsibilities:
· Represent developers and landlords on retail leasing matters, both regionally and nationally
· Manage calls, draft documentation independently, and collaborate with clients and colleagues on a wide range of issues

Required Qualifications:
· 4 or more years of retail leasing experience, preferably at a law firm
· Strong drafting skills

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $220,000 – $240,000.
