About the Position:
Our client, an established and dynamic law firm in Chicago, has an immediate need for a real estate lawyer (5-10 years) with significant retail leasing experience to join its practice as a senior associate or income partner. This firm’s real estate practice focuses on transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing for offices, retail, industrial, and other commercial real estate.

Responsibilities:
· Represents clients with leases involving retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use properties
· Handle a range of real estate transactions, including joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, and financings
· Draft and negotiate contracts for acquisitions, dispositions, site assemblages, and related financing and ancillary documentation

Required Qualifications:
· 5-10 years of real estate transactional experience, including substantial retail leasing experience
· Some business required for partner-level candidates

Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $200,000+.
