About the Position:
Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is actively seeking a transactional real estate attorney to join its Century City Los Angeles office as an associate. The firm advises lenders and borrowers on complex commercial real estate matters nationwide, including financing, acquisitions and sales, joint ventures, management agreements, and leasing.

Responsibilities:
· Represent lenders and borrowers in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions involving projects nationwide
· Advise on joint venture structures, property acquisitions and dispositions, and real estate management agreements
· Lead transactions and serve as a direct point of contact for clients
· Coordinate complex matters with a multidisciplinary team, balancing deadlines and identifying potential issues early

Required Qualifications:
· 4-7 years of commercial real estate experience, preferably at a large law firm
· Experience with joint ventures, purchase and sale agreements, and management agreements; lender-side finance and leasing experience is desirable
· Demonstrated ability to lead deals, manage competing priorities, and build effective client and team relationships
· Strong academic credentials

Location:
Los Angeles – Century City, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $310,000 – $420,000.
