Our client, a prestigious Am Law firm, has an active need for a registered funds/asset management lawyer (3-6 yrs) to join as an associate in Chicago. Responsibilities:
· Provide legal services to registered funds (mutual funds, ETFs and closed-end funds), including new fund launches and fund and asset manager M&A transactions
· Advise clients on fund governance and regulatory compliance matters related to registered funds

Required Qualifications:
· 3-6 years of experience representing registered funds in the asset management and financial services industries
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base compensation for this position is $260,000 – $390,000.
