Responsibilities:
· Represent developers in energy-related projects, including oil and gas, solar, and wind
· Assist clients with M&A related to renewable energy project development
· Negotiate various development agreements including engineering, procurement and construction, operations and maintenance, and equipment procurement

Required Qualifications:
· 4-6 years of M&A experience in the renewable energy market or with project development, including construction and procurement
· Desire to work in renewable energy transactions
