About the Position:
Our client, the Chicago office of a prestigious global Am Law firm, is seeking a corporate or finance transactions attorney (preferably with securitization/structured finance experience) to join its practice as an associate. The attorneys in this nationally recognized practice represent some of the most well-known global financial services institutions around the world, including include banks, hedge funds, captive auto finance companies, private equity funds, asset managers, specialty finance companies, and mortgage servicing companies.

Responsibilities:
· Represent corporate clients and financial institutions in securitization and structured finance transactions
· Handle deals in a variety of asset classes, including residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS), collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), and collateralized fund obligations (CFOs)

Required Qualifications:
· 3+ years of corporate or finance transactions experience from a law firm environment
· Structured finance and securitization experience and/or experience with RMBS/ABS/CLO/financing preferred
· Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 – $435,000.
