Our client, a sophisticated Chicago law firm, is actively seeking a corporate transactional lawyer with 5-7 years of M&A and corporate governance experience to join as a senior associate. Responsibilities:
· Manage deals from initial strategy through closing
· Draft and negotiate transaction documents and complex agreements
· Advise clients on compliance, board governance, and organizational matters

Required Qualifications:
· 5-7 years of corporate transactional experience, including M&A and corporate governance
· Familiarity with private equity transactions and/or securities law preferred
· Experience with offerings under Regulation D (or similar frameworks) is a plus

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $320,000.
