About the Position:
Our client, a renowned global law firm, is actively seeking a fund/structured finance lawyer to join its group as an associate in Chicago. This destination practice handles high-value, complex financings across a broad spectrum of platforms, industries and asset types, including a comprehensive range of lending and securitization services, for clients worldwide.

Responsibilities:
· Handle fund finance matters, including representing banks and financial institutions as lenders in structuring, negotiating, documenting, and syndicating multi-jurisdictional and multi-currency subscription line facilities, net asset value (NAV) facilities, and hybrid facilities
· Represent leading investment banks, commercial banks, and corporations in connection with asset backed loans and other financing transactions

Required Qualifications:
· 2+ years of experience with fund finance transactions, including NAV financings, subscription financings, and asset-backed financings
· Experience with secured lending and/or derivatives
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $390,000.
