About the Position:
Our client, a top global law firm, has an active need for a structured finance attorney to join its practice in Chicago as an associate. As part of this firm’s sophisticated finance practice, you’ll work with a team of 100+ attorneys advising on complex, high‑impact transactions (from leveraged and asset‑based lending to structured finance, fund finance, derivatives, and project finance) helping clients navigate risk and seize opportunities across global markets.

Responsibilities:
· Represent borrowers and lenders in a variety of complex financing transactions, as well as fund finance administration
· Represent banks and other financial institutions in transactions involving commercial lending, corporate finance, and corporate lending such as sponsor finance and structured finance transactions
· Represent clients in connection with structured finance and asset-backed securitizations, including CLOs

Required Qualifications:
· 3+ years of experience with fund finance/structured finance
· Experience with CLOs as well as subscription and leverage facilities preferred
· Large law firm experience preferred

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000+.
