About the Position:
Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an experienced structured finance attorney to join its Los Angeles office as an associate. This firm boasts a prominent, globally recognized Structured Finance and Securitization practice, including work across RMBS, ABS, and CLO transactions, esoteric and specialty finance, real estate finance, and cross-border integration.

Responsibilities:
· Advise clients on structured finance, securitization, and private credit transactions across a broad range of asset classes
· Handle complex structured finance transactions, including CLOs and related warehouse facilities, asset-backed and securitization-style warehouse financings, and term and revolving asset-based credit facilities
· Work with a range of clients, including banks and other financial institutions, issuers and sponsors, underwriters and placement agents, investors, asset managers, and specialty finance platforms

Required Qualifications:
· 4+ years of structured finance experience
· Experience across a variety of asset types and structures preferred
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $310,000+.
