About the Position:
Our client, a prestigious Am Law 50 firm, is seeking an experienced structured finance lawyer to join its Chicago office as an associate. This nationally Chambers-ranked practice has lawyers based throughout the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific, supporting transactions worldwide and advising clients on all types and sizes of domestic and international structured finance and securitization transactions.

Responsibilities:
· Structure CLOs and securitizations to comply with a variety of regulatory requirements including those imposed by the Dodd-Frank Act
· Represent issuers, underwriters and investors across a broad range of domestic and cross-border structured, warehouse and asset-backed finance transactions covering both public deals and private placements

Required Qualifications:
· 4+ years of structured finance, securitization and CLO experience
· Am Law 100 law firm experience preferred
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base compensation for this position is $310,000 – $390,000.
