We are working with a prestigious global law firm that has an immediate need for a structured finance attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join its Chicago office as an associate. This globally recognized practice group has over 700 lawyers worldwide and advises clients on all types and sizes of domestic and international transactions.

Responsibilities:
· Advise domestic corporations and multinational financial institutions on all aspects of derivatives and structured financial products
· Draft and negotiate documentation under the ISDA Master Agreement

Required Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of structured finance and derivatives
· Large law firm experience preferred
· Knowledge of over-the-counter derivatives and ISDA Dodd-Frank and similar ISDA regulatory protocols
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary for this position is $260,000 – $365,000.
