About the Position:
Our client, an international Am Law 50 firm, is seeking a Structured Finance Associate to join its Global Trade Finance practice in Chicago. This sophisticated practice represents banks, funds, and other financial institutions in complex financing transactions involving trade receivables, inventory, supply chain finance, and other trade-related assets, with a particular focus on lender-side private warehouse and trade receivables financings.

Responsibilities:
· Represent banks, funds, and other financial institutions in sophisticated structured finance transactions involving trade receivables, inventory, and other trade-related assets
· Advise clients on lender-side private warehouse financings, trade receivables securitizations, and other complex financing structures
· Structure, negotiate, and document domestic and cross-border financing transactions from inception through closing
· Work on transactions involving trade receivables monetization, supply chain finance, and other innovative financing arrangements
Required Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience with structured finance and securitization transactions
· Experience with trade receivables securitization, warehouse financing, supply chain finance, or similar asset-backed financing transactions is strongly preferred
· Capital markets experience is a plus, but not required
· Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $365,000-$435,000.
