About the Position:
Our client, a premier Am Law firm, has an active need for a structured fund finance attorney to join their Chicago office at the senior associate or counsel level. The firm represents sponsors, issuers, and investors in collateralized fund obligation deals, capital call facilities, and management company financings.

Responsibilities:
· Engage in a cross-disciplinary approach with members of the asset management, insurance solutions, and structured finance practice areas
· Counsel sponsors, issuers, investors, and other industry participants through complex fund finance transactions
· Bring deep experience in rated note feeder and collateralized fund obligation deal structures
· Negotiate capital call financing arrangements on behalf of fund clients

Required Qualifications:
· 4+ years of experience handling fund finance, structured capital, or specialized asset-backed securitizations
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $310,000 – $435,000.
