About the Position:
Our client, a distinguished international law firm with a large and established Chicago office, has an immediate need for a tax attorney to join as a mid-level associate. This Chambers-ranked tax practice group has an international reach and represents clients including some of the largest public and privately-held corporations, large estates, and exempt organizations.

Responsibilities:
· Represent clients in transactional matters related to corporate and business transactions
· Work on a range of transactions including, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, fund formation, and financing transactions

Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of experience working on taxation of corporate and partnership business transactions
· Large law firm experience is preferred
· Excellent academic credentials
