About the Position:
Our client, one of the world’s largest law firms, is seeking a tax lawyer to join its Chicago office as a mid/senior-level associate. Renowned as one of the leading tax practices globally, this group handles a wide range of tax matters, including policy and planning, transactional work, and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities:
· Handle all stages of tax disputes including audit and administrative appeals
· Confer with state and local revenue authorities on matters
· Provide multistate tax advisory counsel

Required Qualifications:
· 3-7 years of experience with state and local tax matters
· LLM in taxation is a plus
· Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $420,000.
