Responsibilities:
· Assist entrepreneurs, start-ups, closely-held business owners, executives, investors, professionals, and financial institutions with a range of business and tax-incentive transactions

Required Qualifications:
· 4+ years of tax transactions experience, including with federal and state income tax, estate, and gift taxation, tax audits, and state and local tax issues
· LLM in Taxation preferred

Location:

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $180,000 – $300,000+.
