Our client, a growing tax law firm located in Charleston, South Carolina, is actively seeking experienced tax transactions attorneys (4-15+ yrs) to join its thriving practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who wants to grow in a dynamic tax-focused firm.

Responsibilities:
· Assist entrepreneurs, start-ups, closely-held business owners, executives, investors, professionals, and financial institutions with a range of business and tax-incentive transactions

Required Qualifications:
· 4+ years of tax transactions experience, including with federal and state income tax, estate, and gift taxation, tax audits, and state and local tax issues
· LLM in Taxation preferred

Location:
Charleston, SC (Firm covers relocation; remote will be considered for the right candidate)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $180,000 – $300,000+, plus bonus and strong benefits.
