Responsibilities:
· Represent clients in all aspects of sophisticated and challenging tax disputes at the federal, state and local levels
· Counsel multinational corporations, private equity sponsors, and emerging companies on the tax implications of complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and cross-border restructurings

Required Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of experience with complex tax disputes and litigation
· Tax experience involving multinational entities and cross-border transactions
· Experience at a law firm, large accounting firm, or government (IRS, DOJ Tax Division, Tax Court, or relevant clerkship)
· Strong academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $365,000.
