We are working with one of the world’s largest law firms that has an immediate need for a tax planning attorney to join its Chicago office as an associate. Responsibilities:
· Advise clients on tax matters as a result of international transactions
· Draft opinions and memoranda on complex US tax matters
· Collaborate with colleagues in other practice areas and countries
· Keep current with evolving tax law landscape

Required Qualifications:
· 3-7 yrs of tax experience related to international and corporate matters
· Excellent academic credentials
· LLM in Taxation is desired

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $420,000.
