About the Position:
Our client, a top Am Law 50 firm with a strong international footprint, has an active need for a technology litigation attorney to join its Downtown Los Angeles office as an associate. The firm represents leaders in the technology space with all of their legal needs, including disputes, investigations, trade and regulatory proceedings, and asset protection.

Responsibilities:
· Shape litigation strategy and draft pleadings and briefs across a range of global disputes, including data protection, defamation, IP, consumer protection, and contract matters
· Represent clients through regulatory investigations before international data protection, consumer protection, and other agencies, including written submissions and compliance guidance
· Assess legal and regulatory risk tied to new products, policies, and business structures, including exposure under proposed legislation across jurisdictions
· Research and advise on global legal issues affecting social media platforms, such as intermediary liability, hate speech, and defamation, including review of unlawful content and moderation decisions
Required Qualifications:
· 2-5 years of commercial litigation experience handling pre-litigation assessment, pleadings, briefing, and witness prep
· Strong drafting and oral advocacy skills, with the ability to translate complex legal issues into clear, practical guidance for both legal and business stakeholders
· Sound judgment and a commercially minded approach, with the ability to juggle multiple matters, work independently, and contribute effectively as part of a team

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $235,000 – $390,000.
