About the Position:
Our client, a prestigious Am Law firm, has an active need for a technology transactions lawyer (3-5 yrs) to join its Chicago office as an associate. This nationally-ranked practice focuses on technology transactions, outsourcing, and commercial contracts and its attorneys are consistently recognized by Chambers and The Legal 500 as among the most innovative in these areas.

Responsibilities:
· Advise clients on complex commercial, intellectual property, and technology transactions
· Structure and negotiate software and data licenses, cloud and AI services agreements, outsourcing arrangements, and IP and technology aspects of mergers and acquisitions

Required Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of technology and/or other complex commercial transactions experience, including drafting and negotiating agreements
· Experience with outsourcing transactions is a plus
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base compensation for this position is $225,000 – $435,000.
