Our client, an Am Law 100 firm with an award-winning telecommunications practice, is seeking a telecom/technology attorney to join its San Francisco or Los Angeles office as an associate. Responsibilities:
· Advise clients on regulatory, policy, litigation, and compliance matters relating to AL, communications technologies, emerging platforms, and consumer protection issues
· Represent telecommunications, broadband, wireless, cable, and technology clients before the CPUC, FCC, and other state and federal agencies
· Perform legal research and draft memoranda, agency filings, comments, briefs, and other regulatory and litigation-related documents
· Assist with enforcement proceedings and transactional matters involving communications and technology clients
· Track and analyze developments in telecommunications, AI governance, broadband deployment, privacy, and technology policy
· Work with attorneys across offices and practices on multidisciplinary client matters

Required Qualifications:
· 1+ years of law firm experience handling telecommunications, technology policy, AI governance, broadband, media, or consumer protection matters
· State or federal regulatory agency experience (such as CPUC, FCC, NTIA) strongly preferred

Location:
San Francisco or Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 – $330,000.
