About the Position:
Our client, a national Am Law firm, is seeking an IP attorney with trademark/copyright experience to join its cutting-edge practice as an associate. This practice represents clients ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies. The group has received national recognition and was recently awarded a national Tier 1 ranking for Trademark Law in the 2025 edition of Best Law Firms.

Responsibilities:
· Provide strategic advice and guidance on trademark and copyright clearance, protection and enforcement, advertising and branding creation and analysis
· Assist clients with internet and domain name issues, as well as trade dress protection and enforcement

Required Qualifications:
· 2-5 years of experience with U.S. trademark clearance, prosecution, portfolio management, and TTAB work, copyright counseling, and trademark-specific litigation experience
· International prosecution experience and licensing and acquisition agreement experience preferred

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $220,000 – $390,000.
