Responsibilities:
· Represent clients in labor relations and union matters
· Advise employers on issues under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA)
· Conduct collective bargaining negotiations
· Handle unfair labor practice charges
· Navigate union organizing campaigns

Required Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of experience handling traditional labor matters, including NLRA/NLRB, collective bargaining, unfair labor practices, and unions
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $240,000 – $315,000.
