About the Position:
Our client, a Midwest-based national law firm, is actively seeking a traditional labor lawyer to join its Chicago office as either a senior-level associate or counsel, depending on level of experience. This nationally recognized practice has decades of experience handling all phases of unique and varied labor law matters and has been named a Best Law Firm in Employment Law – Management.

Responsibilities:
· Represent management clients in labor relations and union matters
· Advise employers on issues under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA)
· Conduct collective bargaining
· Handle unfair labor practice charges

Required Qualifications:
· 6+ years of experience handling traditional labor matters, including NLRA, collective bargaining, unfair labor practices, and unions
· Experience with OSHA matters is a plus
· Strong academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $275,000 – $385,000 (depending on experience and title).
