About the Position:
Our client, a sophisticated national law firm, has an active need for a trust and estates litigator to join is Century City Los Angeles office at the counsel-level. The firm represents private, corporate, and individual clients in all stages of trust and estates needs, with a focus on developing strong and long-lasting relationships with those they serve.

Responsibilities:
· Represent clients in trust, estate, and probate litigation matters, representing both beneficiaries and fiduciaries
· Litigate matters on behalf of trusts or decedents in state and federal courts
· Resolve disputes regarding will and trust contests, conflicts between trustees and beneficiaries, and contested conservatorship matters

Required Qualifications:
· 9+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on trusts and estates matters
· Solid research and writing skills, along with strong academic credentials
· Trial or T&E administration experience is desirable

Location:
Los Angeles – Century City, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $220,000 – $275,000.
