About the Position:
Our client, a growing Midwest-based law firm, is seeking a trusts and estates attorney (3+ yrs) to join the firm’s up-and-coming Chicago office. Responsibilities:
· Assist with representing clients in estate planning, wealth transfer, and trust administration matters
· Draft complex estate plans for both taxable and non-taxable estates
· Administer estates and trusts post-death

Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of experience in estate planning
· Experience drafting estate plans for taxable and non-taxable estates and administering estates and trusts post-death

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $135,000 – $155,000.
