About the Position:
Our client, a premier national law firm with an established Chicago office, has an active need for a trusts and estates lawyer to join its Chicago office as an associate. This sophisticated practice represents private businesses, charitable organizations, and family offices in the full range of trust and estate matters, including probate and trust administrations, trusts and estates litigation, and business succession planning.

Responsibilities:
· Advise high net worth individuals, families, and family offices
· Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trust, and ancillary documents
· Preparate client educational and summary materials

Required Qualifications:
· 2-5 years of estate planning experience, including drafting, implementing, and administering lifetime and testamentary planning strategies and handling T&E administration
· Top academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 – $305,000.
